By accessing our website, creating an account, making a booking, or signing up for our promotional communications, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our website or services.

2. Eligibility

To use our services or book a rental, you must:

Be at least 21 years of age (or the minimum rental age required for the specific vehicle, whichever is greater).
Hold a valid driver’s license and any other documentation required by law.
Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
Comply with all eligibility requirements in the rental agreement provided at the time of booking.

3. Account Registration

You may be required to create an account to book rentals. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are made through our authorized booking platform, Autoflow Fleet (autoflowfleet.com), or any successor platform we designate. Bookings are subject to vehicle availability and our acceptance. Prices, fees, deposits, taxes, and charges are disclosed at the time of booking and are subject to change.

You authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your payment method for all applicable fees, including the rental fee, security deposit, taxes, and any additional charges incurred during the rental period (such as fuel, tolls, fines, damage, or late return fees).

5. Cancellations, Modifications, and Refunds

Cancellation and modification policies are disclosed at the time of booking and depend on the rental type and timing. Refund eligibility is determined according to those policies. We reserve the right to cancel or modify a booking in our reasonable discretion, including for vehicle unavailability, safety reasons, or violations of these Terms.

6. Promotional Codes and Discounts

We may offer promotional codes, discounts, and special offers (“Promotions”), including a 10% first-time booking discount delivered via email and SMS upon signup. Promotions are subject to the following terms:

First-time customers only: The 10% first-time booking discount is valid only for customers who have not previously made a booking with us.
One per customer: Limit one promotional code per customer, per booking, unless otherwise stated.
Non-stackable: Promotional codes cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotions unless expressly stated.
Non-transferable: Promotional codes are non-transferable and have no cash value.
Expiration: Promotional codes expire 30 days after issuance unless otherwise stated.
Restrictions: Promotions may be subject to vehicle type, minimum rental duration, blackout dates, and other restrictions.
Revocation: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any Promotion at any time without prior notice, and to refuse, void, or revoke promotional codes used in violation of these Terms or obtained through fraud, error, or unauthorized means.

7. SMS / Text Messaging Program

By providing your phone number and opting in to our SMS program, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated marketing and transactional text messages from Supre Auto Group. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You may receive 4–8 messages per month.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use our website or services for any unlawful purpose.
Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information.
Use any robot, scraper, or automated means to access the website.
Interfere with the operation of the website or attempt to gain unauthorized access.
Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our services or content without our written permission.
Violate any applicable law or regulation in connection with your use of our website or services.

9. Rental Agreement Governs Use of Vehicles

These Terms govern your use of our website and signup for promotions. Use of any vehicle is additionally governed by the separate rental agreement signed at the time of pickup. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the rental agreement, the rental agreement governs the rental relationship.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Supre Auto Group or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

11. Third-Party Services

Our website integrates with third-party services, including Autoflow Fleet for booking, Klaviyo for email and SMS marketing, and payment processors. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or content of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR WEBSITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUPRE AUTO GROUP AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OUR WEBSITE OR SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR WEBSITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Supre Auto Group and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of our website or services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our website or services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the City of Alexandria, Virginia, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
